Back when I first started my trucking business, back in 1998, I knew their was more to life than living a life of no freedom and barely getting by. I wanted to become my own, become financially free, have my time to dedicated to raising my child, purchase my dream home and create a legacy I could one day pass down to my child. Thanks to starting my trucking and never giving up things got ruff and I wanted to give up. I was able to accomplish every single one of my goals. Starting A trucking business is never going to easy, but it will always be WORTH IT!

Our Mission

Our mission is to create a safe, non-intimidating, entrepreneurial platform for women to succeed in the trucking industry and flourish! Did you know women make up only 7% of all truck drivers and less than 1% of fleet owners. To say that the trucking industry is incredibly male-dominated is an understatement. Everything in this industry is geared toward men and the male perspective. As mothers, wives, caretakers, etc.. Starting a business comes with a whole different set of challenges for us, especially mentally and emotionally. That only we as women can relate to. Our mission is not only to educate you, but nurture the growth of YOU & your trucking business, while holding your hand every step of the way!

Training & Events We Offer:

3 Day Trucking Intensive Events

This is event is specifically for women who are ready to take that important step and start their trucking business. Day one of this event is dedicated to helping students obtain their operating authority and become an official motor carrier! Day two is dedicated to learning how to set up your business, properly hiring drivers, booking loads through live calls, truck and equipment shopping, preparing for dot audits and much more. Day three is overview day were we'll go over everything we learned the past two days until each and every student is ready! It's not called INTENSE for nothing! By the end of this event you will be ready to hit the ground running with your trucking business! Students also receive two 1:1 coaching calls with Coach Delphine to help further ensure the success of their business. Students have used these calls fro additional load board training, video call at dealerships to help with the negotiations and purchasing of their trucks. They've used their calls to have three-way Delphine to help students with the interview and hiring process for their drivers. Whatever you need Delphine is their to hold your hand every step of the way! (You can attend this event virtually or live in-person.)

    Day one of the event is dedicated to helping students obtain their operating authority and becoming official motor carriers on the very FIRST DAY!

  • Truck/Equipment Shopping

    Learn the different type of types of truck brands and equipment types that is right for your business model. Also where to find quality equipment, dealership negotiations, warranties, and red flags to look for before making your investment.

  • Driver Recruitment

    Learn how to find and Vet, and properly hire qualified and reliable drivers. Also learn how to interview drivers and properly road test them.

  • Load Board Training/Plus Live Calls

    Learn how to book and negotiate top dollar freight for your trucks and how to find the most profitable paying freight Lanes to run your trucks. During the event students will have the opportunity to make live calls off the load board, along with detailed call scripts that will help further turn you into a load booking BOSS!

  • Trucking Management/Operations

    You'll learn every system you need to have in place to keep your operation running as smoothly and probably as possible! Also about factoring companies and the many ways to get paid for your loads.

    Every student you attends the 3 Day Trucking intensive Event will receive two 60 minute 1:1 coaching calls with Delphine! Students have used these calls to help them get better at booking loads, video call Delphine while at a truck dealership & help with negotiations, 3 way call and help interview their first driver. Whatever you need Delphine is their to hold your hand every step of the way! Virtual student will receive one 1:1 coaching call.

Or for those who are ready for to start their trucking business, but want to take their time with learning the material and receive more 1:1 coaching from Delphine.
